My Life Tonic
We believe that making small changes in our daily routine can make a difference in the way we feel, think and behave. We call these changes 'Life Tonics,' which range from, but not exclusively to yoga, meditation, breathwork to getting enough sleep and the importance of selfcare to using cold water and saunas to improve our mental health and physical wellness.
There is no one size fits all.
Our mission is to help you find your Tonic.
Yoga (and more) by real people for real people - at the studio or online.
We want to support our students to feel happier and more content by sharing a variety of 'Life Tonics' that can make a difference in your every day life.
Small changes to your daily routine can make a profound difference for both physical and mental health.
Our lives are all so different; we believe it's important to give our clients choice; from joining our studio classes to following a library of online classes to offering private individual or group classes with friends.
What works for you now, may not be what you need in the future.
At My Life Tonic we offer more than just yoga, contrast therapy (cold dip and sauna) and exercise programs, but also provide insights into small changes that you can make to really feel the benefit. By understanding the frameworks of what maintains our physical wellbeing and mental health, our intention is to enable people to make long lasting positive changes.

We both spent over 20 years working full time in various corporate roles before turning to our passion of teaching yoga and supporting clients wellbeing.
We combine our passions of looking after ourselves by keeping physically active, being mindful of our mental health and continually searching for new experiences and opportunities to keep learning.
