The article also explains that inflammation can be caused by various factors such as stress, pollution, poor diet, lack of sleep, and more. It also provides some tips on how to reduce inflammation such as eating anti-inflammatory foods like fruits and vegetables, getting enough sleep, reducing stress levels, and more12.
Chronic inflammation occurs when the body sends white blood cells when there is no actual threat to the body's health. This has the affect of disrupting the normal function of the body and can result in healthy organs and tissues being attacked. Chronic inflammation has now been associated with many diseases, where it was not previously thought to be linked.
